Unclear cancellation policy
My stay was uneventful and pleasant. However, I had to cut my trip short, only to find that I would be charged for the entire stay - an additional 4 days. This policy was not clear at any time, and it is a sharp contrast to my experience in other hotels in both Dammam and Jeddah. The Golden Tulip is cheaper than the $heraton Dammam, but if I end up paying extra do to your inflexibilty, it may make more sense to stick with the $heraton. My stay was uneventful and pleasant.
